岗位职责：
协助设计董事或作为设计主创之一，负责项目设计，深度挖掘客户需求，提供设计创意及解决方案，领导团队并把控设计质量，交付高品质设计方案，向客户充分表达及展示设计理念创意；
协助设计董事或作为项目总监/经理，负责全过程项目管理，包括进度质量把控、项目资源协调、技术问题解决等。
协助设计董事负责市场开拓活动及客户关系管理，主导项目汇报会议、设计团队推介会等，充分展示团队/项目设计创意，促进客户关系建立，深度发掘业务机会，促成项目合作。
任职要求：
建筑学或室内设计相关专业，本科及以上学历；
有知名或大型建筑室内境外事务所/国际性事务所工作经验，10年以上中型到大型的商业、零售、综合体类项目设计及管理经验；
具备优秀的审美能力及不断创新的设计追求；
极佳的对内对外的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神；

Senior Associate Director

Responsibilities:
Lead a design team effectively and proactively under the guidance of the Director, and coordinate with the team to deliver high-quality and innovative design solutions; develop and maintain strong relationship with client
Report to the Directors on a regular basis regarding drawing design development issues, design queries, and design coordination issues. Responsible for the whole process of project management, including schedule, quality control, project resources coordination, technical problem solving, etc
Responsible for business development and customer relationship management, lead project report meetings, design team meetings, etc., develop structured and engaging presentations
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Architecture, Interior Design or other related discipline;
Previously worked for international practices on high-profile projects
Min. 10 years of experience in commercial, retail, mixed-use developments, and project management
Strong leadership, organized, detailed-minded and energetic
Comfortable with hands-on design leadership
A good team player, detailed-minded, energetic, creative with a proactive attitude
A keen eye for aesthetics and detail

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Architecture or other related discipline;
Previously worked for international practices on high-profile project

海外知名大学毕业，理解世界建筑及商业发展趋势；
具备优秀的审美能力及不断创新的设计追求；
具备熟练或出色的专业设计软件技能，有参数；
较强的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神；
较强的主动性、学习力、进取心和抗压力；
优秀的组织能力和较强的责任心；
流利的中英文会话和书面表达能力；
Architectural Assistant
Responsibilities:
Assist in project design, contribute, and cultivate design ideas/concepts, and deliver high-quality designs and drawings
Clearly represent and explain ideas through visualization (diagrams, models, sketches, drawings, renderings) and clearly communicate with Project Leaders and team members
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Architecture or other related discipline;
Excellent design ability; Good 3D modelling presentation and rendering skills
A good team player, detailed-minded, energetic, creative with a proactive attitude
